Our roots.

Unify Partnership was founded with the sole purpose of challenging mindsets and changing team and leadership behaviours – for ourselves and those with whom we partner.

Founders James Hampton and Rob Slade have worked together since 2008 in the personal, team and leadership development arena. The Unify Partner Team bring with them real-life experience, a humble attitude and a life’s purpose to make the working landscape the best it can be through high-quality relationships, great team-working and genuinely engaged and grounded leaders who are ambassadors of healthy workplace cultures.
