To lead an organisation, you first must lead yourself

Outstanding leadership is a philosophy that people choose to practise. It is a result of deep self and situational awareness and it comes from within. When demonstrated, it becomes contagious to teams who experience it, leading to greater engagement, motivation and a willingness to go the extra mile for the cause.

When a leader doesn't understand the impact of their style and shies away from being open, honest and showing vulnerability, teams and organisations fragment, trust depletes, communication falters and results suffer.

Who is it for: Aspiring and in-situ senior, executive and C-suite leaders as well as leadership teams who have attended a Personal Effectiveness programme

During this programme your team will explore...

The self-aware leader: Building on the self-awareness and understanding of behaviour gained from the Personal Effectiveness programme, leaders delve deeper into Emotional Intelligence and explore what self-management is and how social skills are the key enabler of great leadership in a modern, technology-driven workplace environment.

The four manifestations of leadership: The Insights Discovery Self-Aware leader is founded on four core leadership styles and is based on the premise of balance, with no one style being better or worse than another, so leaders must invest time in developing themselves within each area. Leaders will explore their innate and learnt strengths across the manifestations through feedback and reflection, leading to better situational awareness and more leadership peer accountability.

The Insights Discovery Transformational Leadership Profile (IDTL): Leading on from the manifestations and the Insights Discovery personal profile, delegates receive their own seventeen-page personal IDTL leadership profile. This profile examines the recipient through the lens of eight dimensions that represent great leadership, with an acknowledgement that all four colour energies are required to fulfil each, and leadership success is reliant on our ability to flex between them when the situation calls for it.

Peer group coaching and mentoring for improved situational and leadership effectiveness: Coaching is a transformative process for both coach and coachee. As a key leadership methodology, leaders will learn the essential tools and a framework for how to have a coaching conversation. This will help them delve deep into their IDTL to unearth, establish and action areas of development to become more effective in their role.

Each leadership programme we deliver is tailored to your needs, the dynamic of the team and their level of responsibility.
