Through the Insights Discovery Colour Model and personality profiles, this programme enhances emotional intelligence, deepens working relationships and gives delegates a wealth of knowledge which they can use to continue their own development.

Self-awareness: During this programme participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of emotional intelligence and its essential role in personal and professional growth. Interactive sessions include activities that encourage self-awareness, enabling individuals to identify and address their unconscious biases and perceptions that may impact their workplace behaviour. Additionally, this programme offers valuable peer feedback to support the learning process.

Behaviour, Insights Discovery and the Colour Energies: Understanding psychological preferences is essential to gaining self-awareness and exploring personality. This can be achieved through academic, scientific, or experiential means during the programme. The Insights Discovery colour model is introduced to teams to make the theory more accessible and meaningful. Delegates quickly appreciate and find humour in the differences in behaviour and how they are perceived by others.

The Insights Discovery personal profiles: Every participant receives their own Insights Discovery personal profile, a detailed report built from their individual evaluator responses. We work through the core chapters together, exploring personal style, strengths, possible blind spots and the value each person brings to the team. The profile also contains a series of charts showing how your behaviour shifts between your natural self and the persona you bring to work, and we decode all of it with you. Nobody leaves holding a report they cannot interpret.

Communication: Misunderstandings, ambiguity, and potential conflicts can arise due to differences in behaviour. During this programme, participants will gain a better understanding of their own communication style as well as that of their opposite, and how to adapt and connect with each other for better collaboration. Teams will then work together through peer group discussions to identify ways to improve communication with their colleagues.

Team Dynamics: Using the Insights Discovery Team Wheel, delegates will review their strengths, weaknesses and areas of development to improve how they work as a team. This quick-look visual helps teams understand their collective dynamic. By using the team wheel, teams can explore how best to plan, attend and follow up meetings and what they need to be aware of when communicating and making decisions.
