A Fellow of the CIPD, Facilitator and Executive Coach, Michelle has over 20 years’ experience spanning HR, mental health, leadership and coaching. She works with organisations across the UK, USA, Canada, South Africa and Jersey to help leaders and teams thrive during times of change and transition.

Michelle helps people work more productively together, embed culture change and achieve the breakthroughs teams need to grow and thrive. Her approach draws on a deep understanding of psychology, neuroscience, emotional and social intelligence, and behavioural models.

Her career has included mental health nursing, career coaching and mentor training, alongside management and leadership roles that deepened her insight into people and performance. Over the past two decades she has gone on to design and deliver development programmes for a varied and dynamic mix of organisations and teams, from FTSE 100 companies and global organisations to universities, charities and public sector teams.

Michelle’s focus is always on helping people and teams build self-awareness, recognising that this underpins how we show up at work, the quality of our relationships and the extent to which we feel motivated, engaged and effective in our roles.

Her clients include Hob Salons, Cash Access UK, National Trust, University of Oxford, NHS and Mind, where she supported programmes to build the resilience of emergency service workers across the UK.

Her guiding principle is simple: to help people feel safe, engaged, understood and productive at work, because when this happens, individuals flourish and organisations succeed

Testimonial.

Michelle ran a fantastic Insights session for my team which was incredibly helpful for all of us. The session was fun, engaging and informative. I can already see the team taking on board their new understanding of each other’s personalities and adapting their behaviour and communication. I have no doubt that we will be a stronger, more effective team as a result. I can’t recommend Michelle enough and will definitely be looking to do further sessions with her in the future.
