Liza’s career spans 30 years in international HR leadership, including experience as Chief Human Resources Officer across FTSE and Fortune 500 companies in Engineering Consultancy, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Professional Services, and Retail. Her extensive HR expertise covers change and communications, strategic HR, total rewards, organisation design, talent management, and succession planning, providing her with a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and the levers that drive success.
Combining her strategic HR experience with coaching expertise, Liza designs and delivers programmes that not only strengthen leadership capability but also foster high-performing, resilient teams. She works closely with clients to navigate career transitions, build confidence, and identify pathways to success while maintaining alignment with organisational priorities.
