As co-founder and Director of Unify Partnership, James’s purpose is to design, deliver, and support a talented team in meeting clients’ leadership, team, and people development needs. Central to his approach is the Insights Discovery model of behaviour, which provides an accessible and memorable framework for self-awareness and a common language for teams. Combined with tailored interventions, James helps organisations embed learning, enhance collaboration, and create lasting improvements in culture and performance.
