Leadership Consultant, Facilitator, and Executive Coach.

With over 35 years of experience spanning a Fortune 100 company and consulting across sectors, Ian brings a unique blend of strategic insight, practical expertise, and human-centered leadership to every engagement. Over the past three decades, he has worked with organisations ranging from SMEs to global corporations, delivering high-performance leadership development programmes in the UK, Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa. Ian focuses on empowering leaders—from C-suite executives to middle managers—to leverage their strengths, address development areas, and drive sustainable organisational impact.

During an 18-year tenure at American Express EMEA HQ, Ian held senior roles across line management, project leadership, and ultimately as a member of the Senior Leadership Team for a 700-strong European Customer Servicing Centre. This experience cultivated a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, employee engagement, and cross-cultural leadership. Known for building strong relationships across all levels, Ian became a trusted influencer and bridge between employees and senior management, achieving award-winning engagement and satisfaction levels.

For the past 18 years as a facilitator, consultant, and coach, Ian has applied these skills to diverse organisations, including Genomics England, Royal College of Nursing, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, Unilever, Amazon, Pfizer, eBay, Transport for London, BAE Systems, and many more. His expertise encompasses leadership development, coaching, team dynamics, psychological profiling, employee engagement, change management, resilience, and wellbeing.

Highlights include profiling and spot-coaching 160 employees in multinational R&D and marketing divisions, aligning SLT and middle management behaviours across 200-employee organisations, and co-facilitating global leadership and cultural change programmes for investment banks with management teams exceeding 8,000 across multiple continents.

Whether coaching executives, facilitating leadership programmes, or supporting organisational change, Ian’s mission remains consistent: to create environments where leaders thrive, teams perform, and organisations achieve sustainable growth through clarity, trust, and purposeful leadership.
