Howard is an expert facilitator, coach, and speaker with a passion for inspiring leadership rooted in self-awareness, humility, and purpose. He spent 25 years in media, leading some of the UK’s largest regional media businesses, and gained 15 years of board-level experience across Managing Director, functional, and non-executive director roles. He has also served as a non-executive director across a range of businesses and sectors, giving him a broad perspective on organisational dynamics and leadership challenges.

Since 2010, Howard has focused on executive coaching and facilitation using the Insights Discovery model of behaviour and personal profiles, working with over 200 organisations across private, public, and not-for-profit sectors and at all levels of organisations.

Through Unify partnership, he works extensively with senior executives, leadership teams, and SME owners navigating critical transitions. Howard’s approach helps clients gain clarity on what truly matters to them and their organisations, make confident decisions, and develop the influence, emotional intelligence, and resilience needed to lead effectively. 

Howard hears what's not being said and seamlessly combines his approach of high challenge and high support through thought-provoking questions, sometimes light-hearted, and sometimes not - but always focused on delivering real, lasting impact.

Howard draws on his extensive business experience across Europe, North America, and Asia, alongside expertise in behavioural coaching, strategic facilitation, and leadership development. He helps leaders act with skill while remaining true to their core values and purpose.
