She holds a Master’s in Education Training Management, an ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching qualification and is about to be accredited with ACC credential (fingers crossed!), meaning she brings both academic rigour and real-world practice to her work.
Holly’s sessions are marked by that rare combination: the spark of playful creativity and the foundation of thoughtful trust. Grounded in emotional intelligence, and equipped with the Insights Discovery framework (her natural sunshine yellow energy in full effect), she creates spaces where teams genuinely open up, reflect, and launch into meaningful action. Using tools like the GROW model and clean language techniques, she helps clients reframe situations, dig deep into root challenges, and co-create solutions they own.
When she’s not in a session, Holly is typically found pretending to be a Pokémon with her kids, plotting her next adventure, and feeding her lifelong love of learning. She believes work should be meaningful, energising and full of connection — and she’s lucky enough to help leaders and teams around the globe create exactly that.
