She has designed and facilitated countless workshops and leadership initiatives, empowering individuals at every level to build confidence, strengthen relationships, and drive meaningful change.
Her extensive background includes work with the Welsh Local Government Association, where she collaborated with senior leaders and ministers across Wales and the Commonwealth to share best practice and develop leadership capability.
At the City & County of Swansea, Helen led corporate learning and development, supporting over 14,000 staff through organisational change and transformation.
A natural communicator, Helen thrives in environments where collaboration and connection matter most. She is an experienced coach and facilitator, a qualified assessor and verifier, and a practitioner of multiple psychometric and behavioural tools including Insights Discovery, MBTI, and Firo-B.
