She thrives on creating transformational “light-bulb” moments — when insight, clarity, and alignment converge. Her passion for ensuring people have the right skills at the right time guarantee outstanding results.

 

Alison develops dynamic solutions at individual and organisational level, drawing on her deep knowledge of Leadership, Resilience, Wellbeing and Change Management. Her combination of creativity and practicality have ensured an extensive company portfolio.

In her role as Partner at Unify, Alison:
